Facilities Usage Charge

The $25 Facilities Usage Charge (primary registration only) applies to those who do not stay at their own home or at the convention hotel. The cost of the hotel's meeting rooms, banquet, and other facilities is offset by the attendees (locals as well as out-of-towners) purchasing the guaranteed number of hotel room nights. If this guaranteed number is not met, the use of the facilities would greatly increase the cost of the convention. Since every attendee benefits from the facilities, we are encouraging everyone to stay at the convention hotel.
